For with God nothing will be impossible. (Luke 1:37 NKJV)

As recorded in the Luke account, this is the last sentence the angel Gabriel said to Mary after telling her that she would conceive and bear the prophesied Messiah, Jesus. Mary had asked, “How can this be?” and Gabriel answered, concluding with “For with God nothing will be impossible.” Gabriel reassured her—reminded her of the ungraspable power and ability of God.

Believer, we have an all-powerful God who’s ability is not constrained by human limitations. God created everything in existence (Genesis 1), become a man, walk among us, and die for us (John 3:16) and rose from the dead (Luke 24). The Bible is filled with God’s amazing acts! Remember, you have a relationship with the God for whom nothing is impossible. Take heart.
